Absolutely no responsibility for loss or theft in the changing rooms, ballroom or hotel rooms can be accepted or assumed by the organizers or the NDCA. Neither can they be held liable for injury sustained by persons attending the Wisconsin State Dancesport Championships. All competitors must sign a release form. Everyone attending does so at his/her own risk.

Refund Policy

Full refunds will be given if notified by March 30, 2019. After this date, you will have the option of a 100% credit for next year or a 20% service charge on cash refunds.

We are now offering proficiency categories in all levels and age groups for those who wish to compete for their own individual score rather than against others.

In a single dance and multi-dance championships, a student may dance their age plus challenge a lower age (2)

In scholarships a student may only enter in one age level in each style
