Everyone attending does so at his/her own risk.

Refund Policy

Full refunds will be given if notified by April 1, 2016. After this date, you will have the option of a 100% credit for next year or a 20% service charge on cash refunds.

WE ARE SORRY BUT THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES FOR CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES WITHIN ONE WEEK OF THE EVENT.

Dance Categories & Levels

You may enter two dance divisions. Example: If you are entered in Bronze, you may dance in the Silver level but may not enter Gold or Open levels. In order to keep the Novice Bronze category for newer students, a student entered in Novice Bronze must compete in the Bronze levels only. Newcomer scholarship competitors (50 lessons or less) may also enter the Bronze scholarships. If you are entered in the Bronze and Silver divisions and wish to compete in the closed scholarships, you must enter in the highest level in which you competed in the single dance events.

We are now offering proficiency categories at all levels for those who wish to compete for their own individual score rather than against others.
